Super Yacht Eats uses a minimal set of cookies, all of which fall into the categories below.

These cookies are essential for the Service to work. We can’t turn them off and they don’t require consent under EU and French law.· Supabase Auth — keeps you signed in across pages· Stripe Checkout — required during payment· Session state — remembers UI choices (e.g. preferred currency on a quote)

A small number of cookies remember preferences such as form drafts and dismissed banners. These improve your experience but aren’t essential. They’re only set as a result of an explicit action on your part (saving a draft, dismissing a message).

We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not set tracking cookies and does not build a profile of individual users. Page views are counted anonymously to help us understand which pages are useful. Nothing is shared with advertisers.

Super Yacht Eats does not show ads and does not allow third parties to set advertising cookies through the Service.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings (typically under “Privacy” or “Cookies”). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and payment. We do not currently surface a cookie banner because we rely solely on strictly necessary cookies that are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy directive and CNIL guidance — should this change, a consent mechanism will be added.
