Marina Port de Mallorca sits in the central basin of the Palma waterfront, with 100 superyacht berths in one of the principal megayacht hubs of the western Mediterranean. The marina is part of the larger Palma yachting complex (alongside STP, Club de Mar, IPM Group and Real Club Náutico) that together make Palma the busiest superyacht refit and base port of the Mediterranean — historically rivalled only by Antibes and Genoa for repair-and-refit volume.
The Mallorcan pantry is the deepest in the Balearics. Sobrasada de Mallorca IGP — the cured paprika-spiced pork spread, made from the Porc Negre Mallorquí (the indigenous black pig). Oli de Mallorca DOP olive oil from Empeltre and Arbequina varieties grown on the Serra de Tramuntana terraces. Sal de Mallorca / Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc — hand-harvested sea salt from the southern coast salt pans. Wines: Binissalem DO and Pla i Llevant DO, built around indigenous Manto Negro and Callet reds, Prensal Blanc whites. Mallorcan specialties: pa amb oli, tumbet (the Mallorcan ratatouille), frit mallorquí, ensaïmada (the iconic spiral pastry, available plain or filled with cabello de ángel), coca de patata from Valldemossa. Fresh fish from the Palma auction. Specialty providers handle the full breadth at superyacht scale, with HACCP, kosher and halal protocols routine.
Yachting season runs effectively year-round given the refit base. Charter peaks April through October. Marina Port de Mallorca suppliers handle same-day on fresh items and 24 to 48 hours on full provisioning, with the deepest specialty network of any Mediterranean yacht port.
