Port d'Aiguadolç sits in Sitges on the Costa del Garraf 35 km south of Barcelona, with 55 superyacht berths in the modern marina basin opposite the historic seaside town. Sitges is the cultural and gastronomic anchor of the central Catalan coast — historic Belle Époque resort, principal Catalan LGBT+ destination, internationally famous Carnaval — and the principal yachting hub between Barcelona and the Costa Daurada south.
The pantry is built around Penedès DO at source. Penedès DO — the appellation immediately inland, the largest Catalan wine zone, producing the broad range of Catalan whites (Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada — the three Cava grapes) and reds. Cava — the Spanish sparkling wine: Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (the appellation heart) is 30 km inland from Sitges, with the historic houses Codorníu (founded 1551, the oldest commercial wine business in Spain) and Freixenet immediately accessible. Malvasia de Sitges — the historic sweet Malvasia tradition of Sitges, made since the 14th century from grapes grown on the Garraf coastal hills, distinctive in Catalan dessert wines. Xató — the Sitges salad of curly endive, salt cod, tuna and anchovies with romesco-style sauce. Catalan specialties: pa amb tomàquet, butifarra, escalivada, fideuà. Fresh fish from the Vilanova i la Geltrú auction (5 km south, one of Catalonia's principal fish auctions). Olive oil DOP Siurana and DOP Les Garrigues.
Yachting season runs May through October. Sitges suppliers handle same-day on fresh items and 24 to 48 hours on full provisioning, with onward Barcelona logistics 35 km north.
