Porto Santa Teresa Gallura sits at the northern tip of Sardinia, on the Bouches de Bonifacio, with 45 superyacht berths and the principal ferry connection to Corsica (Bonifacio is 12 nautical miles north). The town's economy is built around the strait crossing and the seasonal yachting fleet that uses Santa Teresa as the natural pivot between Sardinia and Corsica.
The pantry is Gallura. Vermentino di Gallura DOCG from the granite hills behind the coast — Santa Teresa is at the heart of the production zone, with several producers within twenty minutes of the port.
