D-Marin Mandalina is one of the largest and most modern megayacht marinas of the Adriatic, with 120 superyacht berths in a deep-water basin south of Šibenik on the central Dalmatian coast. The marina is purpose-built for the megayacht fleet, including capacity for vessels above 100m, with full HACCP-grade refit infrastructure. Šibenik itself is the only Croatian city founded by Croats themselves (rather than Romans, Greeks or Venetians) and the surrounding region offers two UNESCO sites: the Cathedral of Saint James and the Krka national park. The Šibenik pantry centres on the Krka river hinterland and the Adriatic. Babić reds — indigenous to Primošten 15 km south, one of the great Dalmatian reds. Debit whites from the Skradin area. Olive oil from the Šibenik hinterland. Skradinski rižot — a traditional Šibenik area rice and shrimp dish from the Krka estuary. Fresh fish from the Šibenik auction and the central Dalmatian coast. Dalmatian charcuterie. Specialty providers at Mandalina handle megayacht-scale provisioning with HACCP cold chain and the documentation required for the largest vessels. Yachting season runs May through October with sharp peaks summer. Mandalina suppliers handle same-day on fresh items and 24 to 48 hours on full provisioning, with onward delivery to the Kornati national park and Krka national park tender anchorages.
