Port Mlini is a small mooring field rather than a marina, set in the village of Mlini on the Župa Bay 10 km south-east of Dubrovnik, with 35 buoy moorings in the protected coastal bay. The setting is residential and small-scale — a quieter alternative to Dubrovnik for charters wanting Konavle hinterland access without the busy old-town intensity.
The pantry is southern Dalmatian — sourced largely from Dubrovnik (20 minutes by road or tender). Pelješac Plavac Mali (Dingač, Postup), Pošip from Korčula, Konavle olive oil. Mali Ston oysters PDO via Dubrovnik. Konavle hinterland: lamb, mountain herbs, the Konavle plain produce. Dalmatian charcuterie. Fresh fish from local Mlini boats and the Dubrovnik market. The Župa Bay's small fishing tradition includes the Mlini eels (a freshwater-saltwater species in the river mouths) and the area's small-batch shrimp.
Yachting season runs May through September. Mlini provisioning works in 24 to 48 hour cycles for non-local items via Dubrovnik staging, same-day for local fresh fish and Konavle produce.
